Having held senior positions at Dangote Group, the International Finance Corporation, and Clifford Chance, Monica has a deep understanding of African markets and a strong track record in business development and investment. As the founder of Java Foods and a board member of several leading companies, she is a champion of women’s economic empowerment and sustainable business practices.

Victor Sodala is an experienced investment professional specializing in capital markets, property development, and financial strategy. As the Director of Pylos Zambia, he has played a pivotal role in commercial real estate development and investment, focusing on emerging opportunities in Zambia. With a background in asset management and financial services across sub-Saharan Africa, Victor brings a wealth of experience in structuring and executing large-scale investment projects.
